Lonneman, Blair & Logsdon PLLC
was established in 1982 in Elizabethtown, Kentucky by Phyllis K. Lonneman. Our firm provides legal services to individuals in the counties of Hardin, Hart,  Larue, Nelson.

Our firm is a general practice law firm, focusing in the areas of domestic relations law, criminal law, personal injury, estate planning, and social security. In the past 22 years, Ms. Lonneman has been involved in litigation at every level of the federal, state and administrative courts.

We are committed to keeping costs down and finding simple solutions to problems. We feel there is often repetition of effort in large, multi-attorney firms which result in unnecessary expenses to the client. The client's best interest is our primary goal. In an effort to achieve that goal, strong legal advocacy is the theme of our office. Our state-of-the-art technology aids in keeping costs down and providing efficient legal services to our clients. By law, all legal fees are required to be reasonable. Fees may differ depending on the simplicity or complexity of your individual case. During the initial interview with the attorney, fees for your case will be determined and should you retain our office a contract for the legal services will be signed. It is our belief that everyone is entitled to legal counsel despite his/her economic circumstances. We make every effort to work our fee arrangements to fit everyone's budget. That is why out motto is "Equal justice for all, Rich or Poor".

Most importantly, we are advocates and counselors. You need someone in your corner who will fight for you. You need someone to tell you the pros, the cons and give you the best advice available. We enjoy our work and are committed to you.
